银行早就approve了，就是Y不肯签字。银行也火了，我走了 7/30 foreclouser了。。

I can’t tell enough how sorry I am things did not work out on this deal. I
tried everything I could do but I could not get the seller to understand.
I don’t know what she was thinking as her home will foreclose on Friday
and she will have to move. I did inform BOFA of the situation and because
she stopped the short sale and rejected our offer of monies to move out
they are not going to give her cash for keys. When I notified her

both party need to sign before close escrow. Why do i need to sue the seller
? It's already short sale, and seller has nothing to lose. It's kind of hard
to deal with such kind of people. The seller didn't even sign for the title
transfer, and technically the seller is "house owner" before we could close
escrow. Sue what? Either seller, bank or buyer could walk away anytime
before escrow is closed. that's god damn short sale

sue what??? 即使他签字了卖房再反悔你也没招。
我们朋友就遇到过这样的，还是正常sale呢。
short sale本来就更容易撤。
