晨6：55起飞，比原定时间足足提前了9个小时。回来的行程多要变了。打电话给AA的客
服，客服说只能退票，别的什么都不能做。靠！什么航空公司，这么不讲信誉。顾客提前订票，
订的不就是日期和时间嘛。现在的票比一个月前贵了40%，早知道就买UA的了。 |

My wife was supposed to be on the maiden flight from Chicago to Beijing on
AA
but it was cancelled several hours before departure. Some representatives
from AA
called us 3AM to wake us up to tell us this.
So they put my wife on a later United flight.
A month later, I found out my flight was cancelled on AA's website. No one
at AA bothered to call me.
I had to take an AA flight to Shanghai instead. Of course, my ticket from
Beijing to another city was wasted. T

. After that call, I filed a BBB complaint immediately. I regretted not to
ask that supervisor's name, otherwise, I would definitely add it to my
complaint.
