reversed areas, which lead excessive water to penetrate around the
foundation of the property.
另外还发现poor drainage noted on the side of the from entrance and front
porch.
需要做的就是要把foundation周围填土加高，这样的话草皮也要从新铺，sprinkler
system估计
也要从新弄。
这些东西应该找landscaping的公司做吧？大概需要多少钱呢？
房子是蛮喜欢的，不过这个poor drainage的问题加上其他一些问题，现在有点想walk
away了。

才10年的房子，不知道builder当时怎么弄的。他们盖房子的时候弄好点多花不了几个
钱吧。 |

the seller. But I would still hire my own inspector. |
