just submitted a loan has the same situation like yours.That's request by
lender. |

to the market again. Does that mean double charge for the multiple listing
to the seller agent? Any way can this be avoided, say "pending" on the
market.
I don't wanna see the seller agent double charged for listing, especially
house is not sold. |

slow, nobody know when your house can be sold. At least you get a lower rate.
Don't worry about the selling agent charge. They only get paid at closing.
Since the agent just help you list it on the marketing, just tell him/her,
for refinance purpose, you need to terminate the listing for may 1 to 2
month, and you will keep selling it. It will be fine for the agent.

I will do refinance from 30 year fix to 5 year ARM after withdraw,
consdering the slow market to sell. |
