车库一层）的一个bedroom(有full bath)算成basement,跟他argue有没什么用。不知道
能有什么其他办法？而且我们的county property tax official website上说我们的
house是有3个bedroom的，但appraisal report上只说2个。 | h**p

on my opinion, you have 2 choices:
1. pay more down to cover the gap
2. change to another broker and lender so that you can do appraisal again wi
th new lender.

发帖数: 559 | 3 嗯，没什么好办法，要么补钱接着做REFI，要么换家LENDER重新做APPRAISAL。我们刚
做完REFI，也是房子估价很低，补了两万块接着做了。我觉得现在很多银行都是故意把
估价压得很低，提高equity的比例。 |
