l****1 发帖数: 195	1 我在新泽西，以前听说termite对房子危害很大，所以有termite的房子我是不考虑的。最近听人说carpenter ants和termite的危害还大，请问谁有这方面的experience？之前看过的房子很多seller都disclose有过carpenter ants，这样的房子还能买吗？谢谢！
