我的AGENT昨天要我签一个SINGLE AGENT CONTRACT(合同的具体内容贴在下面了。 除了
他和我签名的地方外, 其他一字不漏)。
这个合同看起来都是规定我的AGENT应该怎样保护我的利益和提供忠诚服务。
我之前在网上看到有的人不小心签了合同之后就只能用这一个AGENT了, 不太知道这个
合同是不是就是那种合同。
请指教。我知道我太菜鸟了。

EXCLUSIVE AGENT CONTRACT.你签了他/她,在合同内的时间里,你不能选其他的AGENT,不
然他/她会找你要佣金.所以,一是要确认这个AGENT的REPUTATION,另一个要确定合同的
终止日期(1-3个月+1月AGENT保护期).也就是合同期满后1个月内,如果你购买AGENT带你
看过的房子,AGENT仍QUALIFY佣金. |

you don't have to sign anything if you don't want to. if the agent is
unhappy, just dump him. |

single agent" means he/she can't be a dual agent that represents both seller
and buyer. Dual agents are usually against buyer's interest. In my
understanding, single agent contract is fine. |
