格开的低，agent也说有潜力，但是又说前后院都是斜坡，尤其后院几步之外就是个大
斜坡像山谷，还有很多树，本来后院不小，这样可用的地方也就几乎没有多大了，说以
后其他买家特别有小孩的可能很介意。大家说说真是这样么？
这个房子以前在市场大概一个月，等我们去看了一天之后，状态马上变成暂时inactive

want you buy a foreclosure.
Inactive just means it's off market, if the seller accepts an offer to
purchase, the jargon for that is "contingent". But again, don't take it for
granted that you got a second chance to buy it. When a foreclosure is pulled
off market, most likely, there is a lawsuit on it. If you really got lucky,
don't forget to buy your title insurance.
