particular neighborhood is not desirable location in Dix Hills:
1. High Voltage Power Line running through
2. Close to Wyandanch
It's still a good choice for first time buyer as long as the house is far
away from high voltage power line, but the one you have listed is VERY
close.
If you check google map, the HV power line is 3-4 property north to the
house.
