short sale credit肯定有影响.不过好象比bankrupt好多了.

When you lose your job, in a financial crisis, every penny means much more
to you, not to mention hundreds of hard cash......
you have to stay with a high rate.
Banks are staring at you, waiting for you to die painfully so that they can
take your house away.
Your priority is to find a job.
