有好多没有发出来.
不过这个房价,利率,政策都在变,参数太多.不是那么简单就想明白的
如果是刚需,就不要想这么多了.LD说要买,就掏钱上. |

TWO asking price.
maybe those owners did extensive remodel, maybe those owners don't really
want to sell but just want to help their friends/neighbors who are
actually selling house to get a better price by putting up a high priced
listing.

下去了，一般客人拿到的appraisal价格如果低过price的话，都会去argue降价的，一
般都能argue成功。 |

我刚刚看了一下我的记录，从6/18号到10/4，一共观察了52个房子（包括condo和
townhouse)。51个都已经成交从market上撤出了。很多只有上市3天就没有了。最后一
个没有成交的，恰好是我最后加进去的那个。 |
