钱的owner's title insurance。refi不需要买。 |

发帖数: 88 | 7 I asked the title company and was told that owner's insurance only needs to
be bought once and it is the lender's insurance that has to be bought for
each refi. You will get some discount of the lender insurance if you do it
with the same title company. Thanks.
