total is 2-3 dollars/sf. cost for stairs is calculated differently. |

发帖数: 20 | 5 哦，不好意思，我讲的不清楚，$1.6／sf是把旧地板重新打磨并上清漆，工钱加透明油
漆一共$1.6／sf，如果要涂其他的
颜色要再加0.75。
另外，$1.5／sf是安装新地板的人工费，不含地板材料费！说把旧地毯拆走、去掉钉子
要再加个200快。
看样子大家觉得不是很贵？
