completely free for the borrower.

客人原来的rate低的，由于不需要pay cost，依然make sense。有些时候即便自己pay
cost降下0.125%到0.25%又如何呢？一年之内都不一定可以回本。万一经济不景气，
rate再降呢？还refi不refi了呢？ |
