whatsoever. Insurance is in the normal range as well.
But often seen many frogs after heavy rainfall. Also seen snakes and turtles
in a few occasions.

flood insurance). But you can not touch it or put anything on it since it is
part of conservation. One of my friends have a two acres property half of
which is wetland. It provides good privacy from your neighbors. |

刚才给保险公司打了电话,他们居然也不能立即知道是不是一定要买flood insurance,

This home is within a flood plain and has a chance of flooding.
Although it is in a flood zone, the risk profile for this address is
slightly lower due to its close proximity to a non flood zone. In other
words, you are in a flood zone, but are very close to the edge of it. This
address falls inside of a flood zone in a buffered area, defined as an area
within 200 feet of a non flood zone.
A mortgage lender will require you to purchase flood insurance.
