不过这年头，形势又不好。你想少放估计也没关系。
在一些关键点，譬如说Inspection， Loan contingency date, HOA etc..
应该还有其它 。。。

Well, here, $1K for offer to purchase, 5% for P&S. Nobody minds if you put
more down.

contract is typically broken without any more than some inconvenience to
either or both parties.
Just want to remind certain people that buying a house is a serious business
. You can't withdraw your offer just "cuz I got cold feet". Do your cold
feet stuff before you go into this market.
