资料寄给loan agent，loan agent也check了我的credit score，但是还没lock rate.
我可以换loan agent吗？对我的credit score有影响吗？谢谢。 |

Before you decided to lock the rate with a lender through broker, you can
always compare and pick the best for yourself. The most important thing is
the timing of your purchase, if you refinance, then take it easy, just find
the agent with the best rate for you with no closing cost and impound...

发帖数: 1233 | 4 "impound" & "escrow acct" 其实是同样的东西。
在银行设一个 separate的 acct，每个月除了房贷，再加 1/12 的 property tax &
home insurance。相对来讲，银行风险较小。
做impound，小银行可能会给稍微好一些的利息，大银行基本没甚么差别。

credit score。
不过，如果想在同一家公司换另外一个agent，就似乎不大好。大部分公司会有一些规
定来规避内部人员争抢客户事件的发生。换其他公司没啥问题。 |

Loan Application递上去了，但是我还没同意lock rate. 这是为什么？先递Loan
Application，再lock rate吗？我如果换loan agent有问题吗？谢谢。

是新的Broker没法帮你送同一家银行了。

order了appraisal。建议你还要确定一下现在的银行收了你的appraisal fee没有。 |
