我们想在年底前做，好赶上退税。但是Home depot的人说他们来不及做，大家能不能介

Or you can just buy enough and store them in attic. Call that "ready to use"
and claim the tax credit. And later, you hire somebody "repair" them.
My story is even sadder, I finally made up my mind and drove a U-Haul to
Lowe's, just to find out they are out of stock! | f*******o
