2.Water heater safety valve
provisions(poor/defective) The unit has insulation wrap installed and
this will prevent the safety relief valve from opening. Have wrap cut

2）关键是要拿掉insulation wrap才能知道里面到底是好事坏。要换新的可能要450料+
350工=800。
看样子这个inspection做得也不咋的。 | y*********u
