in Telfair, size 70', around 4900 sq. ft. with 5 beds, 3car garage and basic
upgrades.
has been on the market for more than 2 month now.
The listed price was around 553K, been recently reduced to around 514 K.
The agent who showed us the house told us that it could be reduced to 499K.
How is the price (we think it is relatively low when compared with other
builders in terms of $/sq. ft.)? We plan
to negotiate and make an offer in the near future. What would be a good
price to offer? Would 450 K too low?
Personally, we like the house a lot, because it is very spacious. The big
concern is the direction of the house
(family and master bed facing northwest, mentioned in an earlier post),
close to the highway (but inside the
house, there is not much noise), it is a big house in a relatively small lot
so yard is not big.
Is there a way for us to check the recent price for new constructions?

今年的房子。
不知道那些担心的地方（朝向，高速，对了门口还有一个小山包）会不会是essential
的。在market 上2个多月了，有点担心是不是因为这些卖不出去才降价的 。。。也不
知道会不会继续降。。。
