found out that our credit score will drop as a result of the hit. In that
case, if we talk to multiple lenders, are we going to get too much hit in
credit score, thus might have to pay a higher rate down the line? I wonder
how everyone else did this. Appreciate it if you can share your experience

发帖数: 1184 | 2 1、你可以和多个lender或mortgage broker谈。只要提供你所需贷款的基本情况，所有
的lender和broker都可以给你报价。只要不交loan application，就不会有inquiry to
your credit report，就不会影响你的credit score；
2、你可找多个lender或mortgage broker要当前的利率及GFE（Good Faith Estimate）
，然后比较各个offer之间的差别；
3、除了比较利率和各项费用（即closing cost），还要留心各家的服务质量和口碑。
要尽量找能为你的利益着想的、想方设法为你提供有创造性的方案的lender或broker。
这一点其实是最重要的。

以告诉你可以拿到的利率以及Cost.
