所以，这种房子，需要你比较有经验。否则，出价高了，不能包括你必须的维修费用，
还是不划算的。

credit for repairing. Ask the seller for a pre-inspection if it is possible.

find at least a dozen things)--telling it expressly to all buyers.
not **necessarily** means the prop is in bad condition or implies there's
hidden defects. buyer still has right to inspect and back out if major
damage was found or anything you see causes you to change mind.
many short sales are like that.
