发帖数: 2712 | 4 一般来说，什么property都可以做refi的。有些银行似乎规定买房的时候贷款是ARM的
要半年之后才能做refi。
不过，investment property在rate上有adjustment，能拿到的rate要比primary高差不
多0.5%呢。

发帖数: 48 | 5 跟一个银行的loan officer谈了谈,我的property所有的不利因素全碰到了:Condo,
investment property, 或许percentage of owner occupied is less than 50% or
more than 10% of units are owned by a single entity (这后门两条待查,等确定;
就算合格,in house mortgage rate is 5.5% for 15 Yr and 5.7 for 30 Yr, 差太多
了!).我是很想Refinance,现在是好时机啊.我是两年半前买的,利率挺高的.
