not like short sale which may involved multiple lenders. besides, once prop
becomes bank-owned, bank wants to unload asap. they may ask you to close
before certain deadline so their financial reports will not need to show it.
not just 1, but hundreds... add up to significant amt.

，今天我的mortgage公司和你们说的一样 ，看来银行看来30天左右是有可能的，就是
