不好意思我好像搞错了，第8项像是seller付的。
第1项好像是给broker的费用，第4项是给title company的，貌似和卖家对半付的。
owner title insurance 不用掏钱。
如果我没搞错的话，所以实际大概6000不到点吧。
这个价格还可以吗？

title insurance不低，不过要看房价和loan amount了。 |
