可以到公证处写委托书让别人帮忙买么？但这边找的都写英文啊，怎么才能写上中文的
委托书呢？

The fee is $150 which is very reasonable and they took care everything from
notary public to Chinese consulate general in NY. It takes abour a week. |

notarize and get it done thru the consolate general. More information and
more updated info you have, the better.

Another $5-$10 for the notary public. So their "real" fee for coordination
and getting everything done is only about $70. This way, I don;t have to take 2
half-day off for dropping and picking up from the embassy (it take 3-4 business days) and most importantly I don't need to deal with the people working there.. For me, its very worthy of the $70 fee. You would evaluate according to ur situation and see if its worthy for you.
Just give them a call and they will tell you what you would need to bring.

发帖数: 656 | 13 在大使馆办。委托事项一定要列明清楚，还有最好写明，受委托人能不能有转委托权。
有转委托权的好处是，万一受委托人没时间办理，可以在国内转委托给别人办理，但也
有不好的地方（跟委托事项有关）。买房的话，会涉及收款事项，多注意转委托权这事

consul with gas, toll, parking, the wait, and days off from work. in addion, u also got to be there during certain hours avoid the time they take their power naps... it is just not worth the savings. |

I live in DC right now. I would like to avoid traveling unless I have to.

you hold a US passport:

1、文书首先由当地公证员（Notary Public，公证员或称地保官）公证；
* 部分司法或政府文件的原件，如法庭判决、出生证、结婚证等无须经过公证即可
直接送州务卿办公室认证。有关详情请与所在州的州务卿办公室联系。
2、本州州务卿（Secretary of State）认证
* 部分州要求先向COUNTY CLERK申请认证，再申办州务卿认证。
3、中国驻美各总领馆认证（申请人应向居住地所属领区的中国总领馆提交申请）。

第二，带上所有你的身份证件和对方的身份证号码等材料；
第三，在使馆签证处，申请一个表格形式的委托书，填好那个委托书后，工作人员会叫
来一个使馆的领事，你要当着这个领事的面儿签字，然后，使馆会给你出一个见证你签
字委托书的公证书，公证书后面附上你的委托书，公证书上面有钢印。
第四，具体价格不太记得了，好像是20+美金一份儿，我当时办了两份，因为，好像据
说办理国内房产证的时候，要留一份～ ：）

我昨天去了签证处。说必须先选好房子，要哪条街几号几栋几楼都写清楚才能办委托书
，所以只好先等等再说了。
