for property tax depending on where u r, $300 - $500 for utility bill, $100
- $ 500 for home projects, even for the low end, ur budget will be very
tight.

个人认为,贷款的debt to income ratio卡边的话,其实每月的负担就挺重的了。 |

10/1 is almost as loan as 15 year fixed. You can pay extra principal every
month if you would like to pay off the loan earlier. |

撑肯定是不撑,租个studio也要1K多呢.一人吃饱全家不饿,剩的钱吃饭购物,足够足够花

30年实在太太太不划算啊,前几年交的基本全是利息,谁知道三五年后会不会relocation
到其它地方而卖掉.
但是想问大家,我这个情况,贷款有多大的把握能批呢?如果比较危险,那DP加到8W呢? |

30 yr is flexible. If you have more money, just pay back more principle each
month. You can also pay off the loan in 15 years if you want.
