如果那么抢手，连3%都要小心翼翼。 我说的都是一般的房子，挂着三五个月没人看
，不一定房子不好，可能是要价太高，别人都不愿意问，所以大砍价。

sale
regular sale 要60万，一个shortsale两年前要49万，现在要40万，另外一个
shortsale 要42万。REO要28万，但是这个房子加减到一半没做完。
如果是你的话，会怎么出价？

结果是regular sale没人碰。REO飞快得以32万卖了。要价高的shortsale现在还没卖掉
