d******n 发帖数: 2712	4 未必吧，因为新的规定还没有看到呢。而且似乎新规定也没有禁止lender's credit，估计到时候文档的写法上会有新的要求吧。不过，一切还没有定论。似乎是不可以既向borrower收broker fee又拿investor的rebate了。对loan amount比较小的客人有些影响，估计要多付些broker fee才行了。
