有个condo refinancing的问题想请教一下。
我的基本情况：
location：OH
原来的贷款：
去年初贷的，30年， 5%，现在还剩下的数额为11W
现在找了个当地小银行，想做：
15年，4%
当初agent说所有的refinancing cost总共是$700左右，没有别的了。但是现在他提出
让我交title insurance，这样差不多就是1000块的cost。原因是他当初误以为我们是
single house。
我想问的是：
这种refinancing，多少钱的以内的cost才算算是比较合理，才值得做？
做condo refinancing有哪些费用是必须交的？那些是可以谈的？
另外，各位知不知道别的银行有更好的offer的？
