so I will say tax dedutible is 47.5%

could be two adults and one little kid. most are chinese there.
the coop can change to two bedrooms and a small living room.

I am not sure. The community has 4 building in total,6 floors each building,
and each floor has 1 studio, 1 2Br, 6 1Br. So assume each apt has 2 people,
we can estimate -- 4x6x8x2=384.
