家的water heater。已经完全损坏，只能换新的。他自己报价$2,200，要我与他50/50
split cost。他特别强调我的water heater 已经使用快7年了。平均寿命是10-15年。
我的问题是，我该不该付这$1,100?
我问了另外3家，报价分别是 $1,200, $1,400，$1,500. |

300 from HD. Then it costs a little over $200 for installation. You can
always buy the water heater yourself and then find a plumber to install it
for you. It may be cheaper that way. |

家里的cable没有信号了，cable公司派人来修，信号有了，可是原来正常工作的电视被
修理人员弄坏了，修理人员说可以换个新电视，报价一千刀，要求50/50分账。修理人
员强调我的电视已经用了快5年了，一般人每隔10年换电视，我该不该付这五百？

一分。
我已经过了两天水深火不热的日子了，全家两天没洗澡。他拖得起，我拖不起啊。
是不是只有从了？

果可以，先提前告诉他的manager,如果他不给你解决你就要告了。 also you can
always complain to your state's attorney general's office. My personal
experience is that it is much better than complaining to the BBB.

一点法也没有.
