usually $1000, by the end the attorney review, the buyer needs to pay
another $9000. Total Earnest Money deposit is $10000. Usually, if there are
multiple offers, the more earnest money you pay, the more chance you will
get the deal.Earnest Deposit is negotiable.
Normally, the mortgage contingency should be 2-4 weeks before closing. If
the seller asks for the mortgage commitment long before closing, he/she may
purchase another house.In any case, the earlier your loan is approved, the
safer the seller will feel.
