所以我们两个人在title上但是只有我一个人在loan上
现在的问题是 除了自己付首付 我也需要bf的钱
loan officer建议我从bf那里拿gift money
可以gift money只有relative 或者 spouse才可以给
而且每年只能给13000或者以下才能免税
我需要bf给我多于13000
除了让父母从国内付钱之外 还有什么其他办法啊

if the gifter is a US resident, he/she could give out $13K to 1 person/yr
without reporting this to the US. If the amount is greater than $13K per
person, he/she would have to report it, but still no tax due until the total
amount he/she gives in his/her lifetime exceeds $3.5 mil or 5 mil, i forgot
the exact number.
If the gifter is not a US resident, then there would not be any issue at all
.
Giftee would never have to pay any tax, regardless of how much he recieved.
Wiring money from China directly is fine, as long as the money sits in the
