前阵子刚回国,不大了解最近的利率情况
回来后马上看了个房子,马上下offer。是已经建好的新房。如果用builder提供的
lender(wells fargo)给2% base price的credit 给closing。房价35w
上周报价一直是
4.875 with no origination fee
4.75 with 1% loan amount origination fee
4.5 with 1% loan amount origination fee plus 2% discount point
这几天降了些
昨天是
4.75% is only .75% origination fee vs. 1%
4.625% is 1% origination fee plus .50% point
4.5% is 1% origination fee plus 1% discount point.
今天是
4.75% .50% origination fee
4.625% 1% origination fee plus .50% discount
4.5% 1% origination fee plus .875% discount
版上的牛牛们帮我看看,我今天要lock么?另外,如果lock的话要不要买点呢?

没办法,为了那2%的 credit只能用builder提供的lender,rate比外面高一些
