发帖数: 1233 | 2 option #1 is relatively better. though we can do 30-yr fixed in CA @ 4.375%
(purchase) today.
option #2 in essence is like a 2/1 ARM--fixed rate of ~4% for 1st 2 yrs, and
float to 4.875 for the next 28 yr. this is a "bad deal". don't be tricked
. :p

375%了。
