i****k 发帖数: 236	3 5000不算多。就算是看起来不错的房子，都能检查出来问题，要3，5千回来。一般的grading问题，都有潮湿和进水的问题。要1万也不算多。
d******n 发帖数: 2712	4 基本上都会去argue些credit的。少到几百，多到几万都见过。不过，要钱要有依据呀，找人估一下吧。
