围墙先不说了，卖家阳台违规了，怎么办，拆掉？还是让补偿钱？当时，看上这个房子
的时候，我们的心理价位是包含这个阳台的，现在做完边界评估说违规了。拆掉？我们
就损失了一个阳台钱。不拆到时候卖的时候，或者政府检查的时候是不是又要找我们麻
烦？自己再做个阳台也得1万左右啊。大家说我该怎么办啊。谢谢！折腾了那么久，该
查的都查了，该花的钱也都花了，功夫费了那么多。 |
