发帖数: 2712 | 4 一般保险公司都是客人自己选的，在closing前要先付1年的premium，之后，每个月会
收一个月的premium到escrow账户，到第二年要续保的时候，银行会为客人renew
policy。
不过，我有客人曾经碰到过escrow擅自给客人换保险公司的事情，我个人认为是那个
escrow公司有问题。 |
