找一个台湾agent看了几次房子。最近看中一个，今天想出offer了，顺便问了一下
buyer agent rebate， agent说那个rebate against NJ 的law。

understand if the agent is not happy about it. You should have
asked about it and come to an agreement before hand. Now it's like
you did your work and your boss told you you will be paid less. |

你看房
的，你自己看open house，他帮你下offer，最后给你rebate。
