statement fee，难道refinance不是应该从current loan balance 开始计算吗？怎么
还有这么多费用？另外，我已经在6/1/2011 pay 这个月的mortgage 了，为什么还有6
月份的interest？

发帖数: 2216 | 3 你 6/1 付的是 5 月的利息，你还要付 从 6/1 到 payoff 那天的利息。这个加到
payoff amount 里面了。
新的贷款从 Fund 日期开始算利息，应该是 prepay 到这个月底的利息。你看 per
diem
payoff statement fee $10 是标准收费吧。 |

$10 payoff fee. This is standard and normal. My own refinance has the
similar charge from Wells Fargo.

发帖数: 9308 | 6 像Citi就是有这个Pay off fee的,不过我既然许诺给客人是No cost的,那就帮客人出了
.另外你的6月1号的Payment是付5月份的利息,所以在close的时候还是要付6月的利息的。

不过那样就违背了做
