我们中介说这个条款大部分合约都没有。 不知道，有没有谁有相似的经历？ 我们的
closing date 大概有40天左右。该签这个contract吗？ 谢谢啦！ |

而且，close多半都不能准时的，银行拖拉、律师拖拉、双方agent拖拉。 |
