it should be much better than 30-day rate. |

发帖数: 2712 | 3 我不觉得Yahoo上的rate是准的，大部分来源于那些在网上放低rate钓鱼的一些网上
mortgage代理，靠不住的。
4.75% for 8-day rate 比较离谱。具体的rate跟loan amount，loan to value的比值
，和credit score有关系，如果没有任何adjustment的话，4.625%，30天的lock应该是
可以offer出来的。有adjustment的话就会升到4.75%，但是，至少45天的lock是给的出
来的。 |
