they contract the job to anyone. they will rip you off. once they have
your stuff on their truck, prepare to pay a lot more.
In addition, it may take a month before your stuff arrives at your new home.
their promised delivery date is never trustable.
if you use upack, yes, you pack yourself. you can hire local labor to move
your stuff into the container for $100-150. you can also hire local labor
to pack your stuff. the container will be with you for several day, so you
have plenty time to do that.
i personally use both a traditional mover and upack. the latter is a lot
better.
