现foundation沿这条裂纹也有crack,而且裂开一角向外侧下沉了2 inches，是因为车库
墙外有一排sprinkler，土壤太潮湿。foundation是concrete slab。
最要命的是这下沉的一角支撑了一个pole,which支撑着楼上主卧的一面墙的横梁一端，
车库处foundation下沉导致主卧相应角也下斜了1 inch，主卧地面不平。
房子其他方面都很喜欢，不知道这样的房子（南湾）能要吗？谢谢大家！

唯一的问题是卖的时候别人也会像你这样嘀咕

我也不太清楚修理的contractor,问问你们的foundation inspector呢？

negotiations. If you still like it, you need to ask contractor for pricing
and fix it to some degree. |

worth a try.

we had similar experience before. One Chinese buyer walked away while the
other caucasian bueyer bought it with great discount. I think this is
reasonable. As new immigrants, most of us have no experience with our own
house. It is common to be scared away by cracks. Others will hunt for good
deal as those who are buying REOs.

permission from HOA first and then get the city permit to do it. We are
buying one for our own now and expect to stay there for around 10 years. But
10 years later, if the same problem exists, it would be hard to sell the
house.

try to get a quote of fixing this.
i guess it's in the 20k range at least.
then u understand the value of this bug...
and adjust your price.
but i will not buy unless he cuts the price like 20% off.
