Why does the APR is higher than interest rate? Does it mean it have closing

发帖数: 2712 | 3 也未必，因为我们做loan的时候credit的钱是不算ARP的，而各项收费还是列在收费表
里的，所以ARR会高于note rate。
跟agent confirm一下就可以了。拿到GFE的时候看一下，要付的钱是否是prepay
interest与escrow里面的deposit的和就行了，如果比这两项的和高，那么就要问问清
楚了。 |
