但是因为short sale拖的时间比较长，这周有更新更好的旁边一个community的房子以
很低的价格成交，比前一段低了大概8%.
我可以再递一个稍微低一点的offer给银行吗？
是等银行接受了我前一个offer再改，还是现在就递呢？是不是还要考虑loan的大小？

发帖数: 3244 | 3 check you contract and see whether you can withdraw before the bank approved
the transaction. but you need to remember that once you do that, you will
restart the whole thing all over again. make sure that the seller hasn't
default on their mortgage payment yet. in most case, the seller will stop
payment once signed a contract with a buyer in order to force the bank to
take action and also save them some money. if the seller already stopped the
payment, you may not have enough time to wait for the bank to reprocess the
short sale again. Be careful and talk to your agent. good luck.
