发帖数: 2712 | 4 目前的rate比较低，即便不买point rate也不错了。可以算一下买point之后每月能省
多少银子，investment property总还是有盈利的，如果剩下的钱不足以对有人帮LZ付
mortgage这件事构成本质的影响，就不需要自掏腰包买point。 | k******o

i.e. how many months are needed to save enough to offset your point cost, etc),
then decide.
