我们周五出了＄５８５K，
卖家今天回复说接受我们的OFFER，但是：
他们不address anything found during the engineering. They expect that some
things will be found during the engineering and want the $10,000 difference
between our offer and their asking price to be used to correct those
problems. If the engineering finds more than $10,000 worth of problems they
said we should just withdraw the offer.（这是我们的AGENT给我们转述的）
大家说说我们现在应该怎么办？我们CLOSING COSTS谁出还没讨论过，不知道还有没有
可能再争取一下。 |

like the seller is aware of some problems of the property. by the way, $10K
reduction from the listing price is nothing. Are you sure you did not
overprice it?

么讨价还价卖家都没损失了。现在估计卖家就等着楼主签了合同给他做免费inspection

我们这里最近成交的价格基本上都是低了5-10%.

发现类似房子都＄６００－＄９００K，
又听我们代理说这个房子多火多火，好多人要下OFFER
所以我们就只降了一万 |
