支票交了2000的downpayment。
agent本来说8月份就可以close的，然后说是银行没有办完手续，就让我们签了一个补
充协议说是9月份可以close；
但是昨天又通知我们说，银行那边出了一点小错误，需要10月5日搞一个hearing（是否
听证会？不知道……），然后再往后15天可以close，让我们再签一个补充协议，这个
是不是有什么问题啊？
PS：
1. 我们去过agent他们的公司签的合同，觉得挺正规的，他们的网站也做得很不错，看
不出问题……
2. 7月份我们请人做了检查，发现房屋顶是要换的，所以签了一个补充合同，公司付
2500，我们付2500……
请大家指教啊，我们一定也没有经验……

们公司了，我也不知道这是怎么回事……

legit, and go over the documents for you

I am sorry to say that this process for buying the house is being extended
for another month. It happens that the bank foreclosed on the home
incorrectly but it will be fixed at a hearing scheduled for 10/5/2011. I
understand this is inconvenience and I apologize. It is up to you at this
point; If you wish to extend the contract and pursue a closing on the
property next month we can do that; Or if you would just tired of waiting
for this property to close, we can refund your deposit and move onto a
different property. It is up to you.
Once again I apologize for this taking so long. This is not a normal
situation. |

额高，房子就归银行，成为REO

头款25%, 房价8万5，月还款530，月租880，因为是淡季签的，所以价格低。 |

贷款时，你的downpay的钱必须在你帐号下至少3个月，否则贷款很难批下来。

guess he is not a scam. By the way, winter season is bad season for housing
market, so even if you do not close in October, you should be able to shop
for other deals |
